Introduction
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is a children's novel written by L. Frank Baum and the story chronicles the adventures of Dorothy Gale, and her dog Toto after being blown away by a cyclone and land in a fairyland named Oz. Here she meets a very unusual cast of characters - the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion, and together they go on a quest to see the Wizard of Oz in order to send Dorothy home. This is the first book in Baum's Oz book series.
